When you use our Service, you provide property information to generate a cost segregation analysis. This includes property address, purchase price, year built, year placed in service, building type, square footage, building features, and other details about the property.

We collect your email address when you purchase a report, so we can deliver your analysis and communicate about corrections or support.
Payment information
Payment is processed entirely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store, collect, or have access to your credit card numbers or full payment details. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We receive only a confirmation of payment and basic transaction details (amount, date, and last four digits of the card).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To generate your cost segregation analysis — property details are used as inputs to our RCNLD-based analysis engine
- To process payments — via Stripe's secure payment platform
- To provide corrections and support — we retain your analysis data so we can process correction requests (up to 5 per report)
- To improve our Service — we may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our analysis engine and user experience
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data or property information to third parties.
We share data only with the following third party:
- Stripe — for payment processing only. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
We do not share your property details, email address, or analysis results with any other third party.
4. Cookies
We may use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality, such as maintaining session state and remembering your preferences. These are essential cookies required for the Service to operate.
5. Analytics
We may use analytics services (such as Google Analytics or similar tools) to understand how visitors use our site. You may request deletion of your personal data and property information at any time by emailing us at costsegplanning@gmail.com. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Please note that once your data is deleted, we will no longer be able to process corrections or provide support related to your analysis.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe using industry-standard encryption and security practices.
